Where are you located?

We are located at the heart of the Halifax Waterfront - 1597 Lower Water Street, Halifax, B3J1S2. You will see our boats on the docks right beside the Stubborn Goat Beer Garden. Public parking is available on site.

Do I need to book in advance?

If you want to secure your ride, yes! You can book online. You can also e-mail us to book a private boat tour.

If you’re nearby and you see our boats docked, you are always welcome to visit us and check out availability for the day. Maybe you’ll get lucky!

Will a driver be provided?

Aye-aye captain! All our tours are conducted by a certified captain that will provide you with any assistance you need to make your adventure the most fun you’ve had yet!

What does the tour include?

You’ll get to enjoy a tour of the Halifax Harbour and its key destinations. Find out more about our different tours.

If you have any special requests or places you want to go, we can try to accommodate if it will fit within the tour's allocated time.

Can we bring food or drinks?

What’s a boat ride without munchies and drinks?! Bring your favourite snacks and beverages to enjoy onboard. No glass or cans are allowed, so please bring any beverage in a reusable container.

If you book a private tour, you can bring cans or glass in a bag or cooler to enjoy on land or beach once we are anchored.

Are we able to go to an island?

Siri, play Island in the Sun. If you book our Georges Island tour or a private tour, you’ll get to enjoy some island life and enjoy your favourite tunes under the sun.

Can we get dropped off at a different location than the Halifax Waterfront?

Yes, we can drop you off at Kings Wharf, Bedford or Eastern Passage. Any other location could be possible if it’s a safe area with docking space. (There is a $50 drop off fee to any other location.)

Please contact us beforehand if you wish to have a different drop-off location.

What safety equipment is provided?

Safety is always top of mind for our team! Onboard we always have:

Transport Canada Approved Lifejackets for everyone
Two paddles
Flares
Fire extinguishers
Manual pump

How many people can go on the boats?

You can have up to a (summer) party of 9 plus the captain on board the jet boat, 12 plus the captain on the blue zodiac, and 12 plus the captain and deckhand on the fishing boat. Roughly 30 or so in total across all 3 boats! Come ride with us!

Are kids allowed on boats?

Yes, kids as young as 3 years old may come on the boat. All kids (3-7 years old) must always be wearing a life jacket.

Do we have to always wear a life jacket?

If you’re older than 13 years old or older, you don’t have to wear a life jacket. We have some onboard for everyone as needed. If you feel safer and want to wear one, we can provide you with one before we depart.

Do I have to sign a waiver?

Yes, you will be required to sign a waiver before departure.

What should I bring?

There is nothing required for you to bring, but we always recommend dressing for the weather. Things to keep top of mind when getting boat ready:

Sweater/Jacket or blanket
Sunscreen
Water bottle
Bathing suit & towel
A camera to capture the special moments

Can we go swimming off the boat?

Ready to jump in? Bring your swimsuit and towel and we can anchor at a safe area so you can go swimming.

Does the tour run in the rain?

Unfortunately, our tours don’t operate in rain or any hazardous weather conditions. If you are unsure if your tour will still happen, give us a call.

Will I be charged extra for gas?

Gas is included with the booking.

When should I arrive for my tour?

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to departure so we can get your waivers signed and go through some safety procedures before your adventure.
